IVY ONE: Offers intravenous therapy and blood draw certifications to LVN licensees or graduates of a BVNPT accredited Vocational/Practical nursing program. Products include courses and materials (textbooks, modules, practice supplies) and certificate upon satisfactory program completion. IVY ONE aims to equip the LVN licensee or graduate with the certification and skills to initiate IV therapy (withing scope) and withdraw blood based on MD orders. LVNs are not taught IV therapy nor blood withdrawal with educational programs. Many employers request proof of this certification as part of LVN job requirements.
